Pitcher's Stretch and Windup

I've noticed certain pitchers can only pitch from a stretch or windup. What determinds pitching from a stretch or windup. I have find some pitchers that are RP that pitch from a windup in real life, but in the game they will only pitch from a stretch, how can I change that. I have choose different deliverys.

Or you could just make them a SP; I think that would work. I've run across this many times (Huston Street).

I just tried changing a RP to a SP and he still pitched from a stretch with nobody on base. Is there a way to change that.

As far as i know the only pitchers who pitch from the stretch are set up men and closers. Other than when runners are on base. I kinda wish i could make all my relievers pitch from the stretch.

Thanks I never thought about that but you are right. As far as all your relief pitching from a stretch: M. Rivera R. Nen(style11) deliverys both pitch from a stretch so you could change your pitchers to those deliverys
