ESPN Mobile..

A friend of mine bought one and he quickly returned it. He said it was

very repetitive, kind of like espn news, until something new happens.

He just wasn't very happy with it. I would save your $$$ IMO

i was curious. i would never get it but, who is the signal provider? i don't feel like googling it. obviously espn doesn't own rights to any cellular signals so they must lease the airtime from someone. anybody know who? i just want to satisfy my curiousity.

as a whole i think the whole idea will flop in the near future.

I don't think it's worht it. Sprint has the worst coverage, and the phone seems like it's just like portable internet. You could just get a phone that has internet and go to ESPN.com for the news. It might not have all of the features of the Mobile ESPN phone, but you still get the latest news.
