jhoff80
Now, I'm not actually from St. Louis, so I don't get to see too many games, but from what I've read, Marquis' best pitch is his sinker. In MVP (05 and 06), Marquis doesn't even have a sinker. Can anyone who maybe gets to watch more Cardinals games confirm this? And if I am correct, could this maybe be fixed in a new version of the rosters?

He throws a good 4-seamer, a decent 2-seamer (hard downward break), a superb sinker, and a 12-6 curve which he added in the middle of last season. It's got strong break but he has trouble keeping it down in the zone. His changeup is a circle-change. I'd rank his pitches (best to worst): 1. 4-seamer 2. sinker 3. 2-seamer 4. circle change 5. curve hope this helps.
JoeyMcM93
That looks pretty good from what I know about him.
jhoff80
Hmm, interesting. I wonder why EA didn't bother to put the right pitches in in the first place. Is there any way to get a change like this incorporated into the Ultimate Roster, or would I have to do it manually. If I'd have to do it manually, does anyone have any ideas for ratings for each corrected pitch?
