stinger4lyfe Posted June 3, 2006 Share Posted June 3, 2006 Hey guys, I just installed the mlb on fox overlay for mvp and it all worked fine except one problem...the pitching meter is a tiny bit screwed...all it is is the bar with a black background...no indicator or color zones...i am sure i am probably just missing a tiny file or something...wold installing the 06 overlay fix this...i do not know what file the pitching meter is so maybe someone can shed some light...ill get a SS tomorrow for you guys. I did a fresh install of MVP 08, but this time I used the full disc image of CD2 (I didn't feel like digging around in the basement for the hard copy.) Last time I used the mini-image since I thought they'd serve the same purpose. However, MVP 08 installer doesn't just use CD2 to verify that you have the game, it actually pulls data from it. So my recommendation is to re-install '08 using the CDs or your full backup images. Because it's not just the overlay, that's why. It has everything to do with what cameras (datafile) you're using. The black box issue is caused from using a CD image as explained by okayperson a few posts up.
