Player Progression MVP06

It makes the progression of players occur in a more realistic manner as opposed to how EA's faulty progression worked (or didn't). One problem that has remained is the pitcher progression & pitch speeds which get all out of whack a few years into a dynasty. A few of us looked into this but to my knowledge, nothing ever came of it.

No problem. I have a question though. When you play in your guys' dynasty how do you consider bringing guys up to the majors. I think Lasting Milledge is a prime example he is in the 40s in terms of hitting in mvp 06 yet since getting called up he has been playing very well and has even shown some moderate power already in real life. WHat do you guys do to make this realistic. I have read that some people give thier guys an automatic 10-20 point bump in attributes but that doesnt seem fair to computer controlled teams. Any suggestions.

Once everything is released I am gonig to go through and update the mlb worthy prospects; M.Cabrera, S.Victorino, J.Hermida, etc. as well as the over-the-hillers who have fallen off the face of the earth in terms of production. It is worth mentioning that Totte said that UR 7.0 will have attribute adjustments for all MLB players so he may have already taken care of that. Mid-season adjustments are fair if you make them for everybody's prospects.

Ooh, UR7 is shaping up to be pretty good. I hope Sean Marshall gets the attributes he deserves.

Personally i think it is improvement. BUt i also see guys gettign stuck in the minor system for two long. and by the time they retire they are still only in the 70s in terms of hitting. Im talking guys like Delmon Young and Millegde to name a few.
