Thanks to the tutorial I was able to try it myself rather than relying on all of the other great but very busy modders. There are adjustments I can think of that could improve the cyberface but they aren't exactly easy things to do for somebody new to Oedit. This is bringing the eye area down or bringing the nose/mouth area up. These two methods would reduce the size of the cheek area. The important thing is not being afraid to experiment in Oedit while always having backups available just in case something terribly goes wrong.
