mel81399 Posted June 11, 2006 Share Posted June 11, 2006 I was pitching with Steve Kline v. Steve Finley. Bases loaded in bot of 9th. After a foul ball on a 2-2 count my pitch selection for the next pitch never came back up. Batter is waiting waggling his bat. i look into the baserunner insets. Notice that the 1st basemen is trying to get back past the runner. Like he was holding him and tried to move back. He was stuck and kept bumping into the runner. So the game never let me pitch again because the pitch selection never returned to the screen. Yes I ran a search, no I found nothing on this specific topic. ] I am using md's 3.1 datafile. and a gizzilion mods like stadiums and such with the 06 mod. Has anyone seen this? I would think so and is there a fix? I had to go back to the sim selection screen and sim the end. It was a shame because it was a fun game and I would have liked to end it manually. snepp Posted June 11, 2006 Share Posted June 11, 2006 I have seen it numerous times. It is caused by fielder alignment changes made in the datafile. It can be fixed by changing your defensive alignment. Flip-flop your firstbaseman with another position, then flip them back again.
