Try using his pressbox photo, which is here http://www.mlb.com/pressbox/photos/headsho.../456436_raw.jpg 2. Make sure that you get rid of his open mouth, in either pic. You can either do it in Oedit, or blend the lips together when you're editing the texture. And using the pressbox pic would still be better, and the black eye is incredibly easy to fix.
