atlbravesin05
I downloaded the file from total-classics and it comes with two files. The ingame.big and the datafile. How do i use the datafile it is just a text document and the one already in the directory has a .big extension. I tried to search for the answer but couldn't find it in the forums. If there is already a thread please post a link. Thanks.
Filthy57
The text file is part of the .big file. Open it up with BigGUI or another program like it, and put the text document in the .big file.

Jim825
The text file is part of the .big file. Open it up with BigGUI or another program like it, and put the text document in the .big file. No No No..... You don't need to do this! Simply copy the datafile.txt file to your MVP Baseball 2005data folder. When the game runs, it first looks for a datafile.txt file in the data folder. If it finds the file, it uses it. If it does not find the file, it uses the datafile.big file that is in the datadatafile folder. It sounds strange, but it's true and it works. Try it out. If you don't like the way the datafile works, remove the datafile.txt file and the game will go back to using the datafile.big file again.
krawhitham
what he ^ said all you really have to do is double click the EXE and then point it to your MVP folder, the exe does the rest
