I've got a bunch of .bmp files that I want to make into a .fsh as a uniform. I was wondering if anyone could instruct me on how to do this. Thanks

take an existing uniform file

put that file and fshtool/nfshtool in the same folder

make a batch files of

nfshtool u022a.fsh
change the name to match your existing uniform file that will make a folder called u022a in that folder will be the BMPs replace them with yours after that make make another batch file
nfshtool u022aindex.fsh

that will put your bmps in the fsh file

Ok, last problem, when i create the second batch file "nfshtool u013hindex.fsh.bat" I keep getting an error saying "nfshtool u013hindex.fsh.bat Path does not exist Please verify the correct path was given". What does this mean? Again, sorry for any inconvenienve, and also thank you for all your help.

I'm no expert on this, but it should probably be:

nfshtool u013hindex.fsh

instead of

nfshtool u013hindex.fsh.bat

thats what I have in the file but to save it, i added the .bat extention.

Oh, I see. What you name the .bat file does not matter. You can name it anything. But you can't have "" in the name of a file.

does this only work for 1x uniforms because when i run the last .bat file it say my .bmps should be 64x64 not 128x128. (my uni is 2x)

Thank you both Kraw and Biker Jim for your help. I finally got it to work. But I still have one problem. I was making a jays alternate road uni for the jays and I replaced the jays retro road jersey, so in the game the jerseys are the new style but the numbers are the same style as the old ones. How or where do I got to change this? Thanks again so much for all your help.

I am waiting on getting permission from some people, if it is okay by them, I will absolutely release it. I used MVP Studio to add it in a new slot so when (or if) it is released, you wont have to replace any uniforms.
