i created my player in mvp edit so when i delete the fsh it takes a while like its deleting it and then it closes the picture thing and then i import my pics as a bmp file and i click okay, then i go to the picture portrait thing on mvp edit and it says no picture found.

Make sure that both your portrait and alpha files a 256x256 (2x) or 128x128( 1x) and make sure that the alpha is an 8bit greyscale image.

the cyberface seems more like me if i was a few years older, so that is even better because i dont plan on using my player or his face until 2008-2009. so thanks again.
