The website will have the latest drivers. But it should work with the ones from the cd. I've got the same pad as you, and my vibration has never worked either. (I also never installed the CD-drivers)... but after a couple games I decided I'd just leave it this way cuz I've always been told the vibration will actually cause the pad to break-down sooner... as if my throwing it down in disgust after every swing-and-a-miss isn't doing that already. lol.
