I installed both Andy Phillips' cyberfaces from mvpmods and they both made my game crash. I'd like to know how I can fix this. I tried both of them out and they made my game crash. I installed the faces with Kraw's installer-thingy. Since, they made my game crash, I just set his face to a generic one. I'd still like to know what was wrong or what I did wrong because I want a cyberface for Andy Phillips. big shmooz Posted June 30, 2006 Share Posted June 30, 2006 I am not sure if Kraw's installer compresses the files or not, nor am I sure if the files come already compressed... but as I asked, did you perhaps forget to compress the files before you installed? If you did, this may be the reason for the crash. Try compressing the files with eazip first, then reinstall & see if it helps. Yes, I changed the filenames and I even edited the installer to change the filenames it had. Unfortunately the installer kept crashing so I gave up on that one. Then I tried the other cyberface, and you know what happened with that one too. I've already posted the steps that I've taken. 1. I installed the cyberfaces using Kraw's installer 2. They made the game crash. 3. Used mvpedit to set Phillips' face number to a generic one so that the game wouldn't crash. All I want to do now is have a cyberface for Andy Phillips that will work without giving me any crashes. Whenever I play the Yankees (which is where Phillips is) or whenever I go and click on him when in create/edit a player.
