The Florida Marlins are one of the youngest teams in the majors. Next to the Tampa Bay Devil Rays and the Pittsburgh Pirates. But as you can by those two teams young age means failure. Both Tampa Bay and Pittsburgh are two of the worst teams in the majors. But with new gm Zach McDaniel on the job he is sure to turn things around.

General Manager Profile:

Born in Jefferson City, Missouri on October 6th 1985(not my real birthyear)

Experience with Baseball:Played little league and t-ball as a young child.

Got the GM job for two reasons: 1)His incredible drive to do whatever it takes to win. 2)Because he played cards with the drunken owner of the Marlins and won a bet so he was placed as GM. He is not afraid to pull strings on big deals that could send major uproar throughout the Majors.
