devils6889 Posted July 3, 2006 Share Posted July 3, 2006 Hi. I have my cell phone wallpaper set to this picture. I wanna spice it up a little bit and make it glow, but i have no clue how. So, im asking if anyone can take this picture and make it glow in an animated gif and possibly add a cool blue background or something. That would be great.
