Rylo_c
I have performed a search for this topic but it mainly brought up the dynasty topics that have loads of pages and i didn't really want to trawl through them all. I would like to create a new dynasty once the UR 7.0 rosters are out tonight and am thinking of posting the games on the forum (the dynasty forum obviously). But i'm wondering how i can get the best pics from the game and whether using the box score extractor would be enough info to supply for the dynasty (along with my own narrartive on how things are going). As well as pics during games, i would like to know how to get standings tables and player ratings etc also so that i could put these in my posts. I think that photoshop may be involved but i'm not entirely sure. Any help/advice would be greatly appreciated. PS please dont say its as easy as pressing print screen lol

redsox
fraps is the only best program i know of http://www.fraps.com/download.php and for the boxscore thing im yet to find out how to make it into a link and post it I know of two ways (one with photoshop and the other with paint) that you can post the box scores. I use photoshop to do mine. Open up the box score website. Hit Print screen. Paste it into Photoshop or Paint (either one will do). Just use the crop tool in both of them to select just the line score. Then you can do a print screen and paste again to get the away team line scores. And perform the print screen and paste one last time to get the home team line scores. Just save all these 3 files as a .jpeg format and use imageshack.us to upload. Rylo_c
Thanks a lot for the help guys. I'll get fraps later when i get home from work, but i'll probably have to buy a copy of photoshop. Will use paint for now though. Once again, thanks, and anymore input on this topic would be greatly appreciated by myself and any future noobs who wish to post their dynasty adventures on the board. There is a free software out there similar to Photoshop. Think it is called GIMP but I maybe wrong. I never used it but I have seen it being mentioned many times as a substitute for Photoshop. Rylo_c
i know i can do that way but people have links of there boxscore which you are able to scroll down and see the whole thing instead of having 3 different pictures Yeah i've seen this also. The continuous screen pic, crop, paste cycle is a pain in the backside! I don't know this is worse because i'm using paint to do it but it is a pain. When the boxscore extractor gives you the HTML page is there a way this can just be uploaded. Oh and what exactly does fraps do as i didn't get it last night? Mav3rek
fraps runs in the background of your programs. while in the game all you have to do is hit f10 and it automatically takes a screenshot and saves it to a folder on your hard drive. it works like a charm, and you don't even know its running. it does some other things as well as far as benchmarking and whatnot. but I've never used it for those. but for screenshots it is the best.
