Jim825
The models.big file contains uniforms, faces, etc. The three versions contain different uniform styles. The "Moser uniforms" file contains uniforms by a modder named Moser. His uniforms are "2x" style, meaning that the are twice as big as standard uniforms, and thus can provide twice as much detail. The "Umachines uniforms" file contains uniforms by a modder named Umachines. I believe that his uniforms are also "2x" style (but I'm not positive here). The "Lite" file contains Umachines' uniforms (I think), however, they have been reduced to 1X size. The first two files give you uniforms from different modders. Both guys do very nice work. Which version you prefer is a matter of personal taste. The "Lite" file is provided because some people have problems using 2X uniforms, namely, their PC's aren't powerful enough, or the game slows down. Big Smooz can provide more detailed information but this should be enough to get you going.
fred13
The lite version has no uniforms with it. This is for people who want to use the default uniforms becasue their system can;t handle 2x or for people wanting to use KC's Uniforms pack. All models.big files contain up-to-date cyberfaces. I just downloaded and poked around the Lite models.big. It does contain uniforms. It just contains the default EA uniforms and no modded uniforms. I'm guessing that this is what you were trying to say in your message. I originally read it to mean that there were no uniforms at all in the Lite models.big, so that is why I looked. KrGAce
Great explanations to his questions Jim825... You are what a moderator should be. Great help, great explanation, and no sarcasm. I learned a bunch from your explanation, so I thank you. AceMan
elway8
Just curious, do either of these packages have minor league unis? I know most of the minor league packs are made by others besides umachines and moser, but wondering if they get included? If not, is it possible to have them added cause most of those uniform packs are great additions. Thanks.

Yeah, thats exactly what I meant. Default uniforms. Thanks for clearing that up. We wouldnt want people to think these guys are gonna play baseball naked :? If not, is it possible to have them added cause most of those uniform packs are great additions. Thanks. Both the Moser & the Umachine versions have updated minor league unforms. Actually all this stuff is posted in the readme's of the files. I understand though that most people do not want to download a 200 plus meg file just in order to read a readme. However at the same time in the thread of my upload post, this info is located somewhere. (not sure which page of the thread though) The thread is a sticky so it is easy to locate in the announcements section of the forums.
big shmooz
The "Umachines uniforms" file contains uniforms by a modder named Umachines. I believe that his uniforms are also "2x" style (but I'm not positive here). Big Shmooz can provide more detailed information but this should be enough to get you going. The Umachine version is actually 1.5x. The uniforms are 128 x 256. Full 2x would be 256 x 256. This is in order to upgrade them from default EA which are 128 x 128, but not to be too taxing on a system that can't handle full 2x.

But then again, what's a few extra letters between friends..... :D
Sidewinder
Is it possible for you to post without whining? Moderator <> MVP Tech Support Snepp, You just helped him make his point. For now on, you just might want to take a deep breath(or a long dump) before you lash out at people. It's getting to be a bad habit with you. There has got to be better things to do in South Dakota in the Summer(maybe not the Winter though). Just a little constructive wisdom. Nothing wrong with constructive criticism, but this particular user's schtick has worn incredibly thin and isn't going to fly. All I'll say on the subject. And no, there isn't anything better to do in the winter.
