tebjr
I know this is a stupid question, but how do add color to my images I make with photoshop? All I can do is use black. Do I gave to download some brushes or anything? Also, where is a good place to download some brushes? Thanks. tebjr
TheNateGBent
When you make a new document, make sure you select color (its called RGB or something).
sdoyle7798
When you make a new document, make sure you select color (its called RGB or something). Exactly Like this: EDIT: A good site to learn how to do a bunch of things with Photoshop is Good Tutorials. And if you search "custom brush" on there you can find a tutorial on making you own brushes. And you could go here to download some brushes. rossmac7
you need to display the colors "window" go to Window>color or Window>swatches and you will be able to change colors
sdoyle7798
you need to display the colors "window" go to Window>color or Window>swatches and you will be able to change colors Or you cab go to the bottom of your tools bar and click on the two "color window" buttons to change them. The "top" window is your foreground color, and the "bottom" window is your background color. EDIT: Here is what I mean:
rossmac7
if you are trying to select color but it is still reminaing BW then you have the file in grayscal mode. Go to Image>mode then select either RGB or CMYK
