Adding a jumbotron

Okay, on to my next addition to my "wonderful" stadiums: adding a jumbotron. After searching the forums, I think I found the general idea how to do it, but it's not working with my stadium.

Here's what I've done:

I am using the AA stadium three (aa03nite.big) because I am fairly confident it is the easiest stadium to edit. Now, from what I can tell, there is no jumbotron (this conclusion being derived from the fact that the jumbo.ord & jumbo.orl produces no "usable" .o file when openned in Oedit AND because Jumbotron is set to 0 in the stadium.ifo file, let alone the fact that you don't see one in the game).

So, I took the jumbo.ord and jumbo.orl files from jacoday.big and replaced the aa03nite.big jumbo files with those. Then I changed the 0 to a 1 in the stadium.ifo file.

Obviuosly this didn't work because that would be too easy... lol.

My question is a) where did I go wrong? and If this is COMPLETELY wrong, can someone guide me to the right post that explains this? or tell me how to do it?
