Summary

After 3 straight playoff berths (02-04), The Twins finished 3rd in the Central in '05. The problem for the Twins was that the teams offensive numbers decreased, while the White Sox and Indians improved. After a relatively silent off season, GM Terry Ryan will need to make some moves to give the teams dominant pitching core some run support

Scouting Report on Santana

4SFB, Change, Slider, Cutter. His changeup is the most devastating pitch in his arsenal. It comes out of his hand like his fastball but it ends up being around 17 mph slower.

Scouting Report on Halladay

4SFB, CFB, Curve, 2SFB, Slider. He has great command on all his pitches and they all have great movement. His best pitch is his Curveball. The curve starts at a batters arms, then drops to their knees over the outside black
