Applejak Posted July 12, 2006 Share Posted July 12, 2006 Hey. Im about to start a new dynasty with the new rosters, because Im coming to the end of the first year of my Yankees 'aclimatiser'. Basically just getting a feel for the game as I just got it a couple of months back. Anyway, as i dont know a whole lot about baseball, apart from the Pads and the New York teams, since this is my first season, and Im trying to get up to speed. I was wondering what you guys favorite game has been, and who'd be a good pick fro a few years - not neccesarily a winning team, but one thats fun to play with. So I would just pick a team with good combination of speed and power. nc4182 Posted July 15, 2006 Share Posted July 15, 2006 I have one on the pc and one on the xbox which i enjoy both. The cubs which i traded to get Crawford from Tampa Bay is an unstoppable team. The other is my Dodgers one which is another great team. J.D.Drew is amazing with his power. tampawolf90 Posted July 15, 2006 Share Posted July 15, 2006 the astros are a fun team to be, they have good trade bait and good prospects, and like that other dude said, gude speed and power. but i like being a team in a division i dont play against a lot, so since im an astros fan, i made a bluejays season, mostly so i could beat the yanks and sox. Of course both of these dynasties would have to lose to Oakland in the divsion.
