Help switching teams

I am looking for a little direction on a project I would like to start. I want to bring the Nashville Sounds up to the majors in place of the Florida Marlins. (I know that part is possible although I am not sure how.) I would then like to put the Sounds in the NL Central and move Pittsburgh into the East. I know this involves changing the schedule although I am not sure where to look to do that. Finally I would like to move Louisville into the PCL and Florida into the IL and realign the IL a bit. (Not sure if that is possible). Any direction on this project is greatly appreciated.
