Old time look

Hey all - I am trying to create an old time newspaper kind of look. Basically I was thinking of using this kind of a format for classic world series matchups that I was thinking of posting.

I was wondering if you guys could comment on this and give me some helpful tips.

Also, I want to add a nail at the top (some of the cartoons which have the western theme show them nailing things on the bulletin board - kind of like that). But I have no idea how to do that. I searched for it in google but I must be using the wrong keywords cause I can't seem to get a pic that I want.

Also I would like to get rid of that white background. Is there any way I can do that?

If the backgroung is transparent, save it as a .gif or a .png, and you'll have a transparent background. A .jpeg doesn't support transparency.

That looks pretty sweet. Are you going to do a dynasty using thi kind of fromat?

Thank you. This has a transparent background but I didn't know .jpeg didn't support it.

Yes. I started twice to post a dynasty, but playing 162 games and posting all pre-game, post-game, writeups, it all just took too much time away from college. I figured I could just play some classic matchups and post them.

I was just trying to pick some ideas as to how I could present it.
