Manager portraits?

Is there any way to change portraits in the manager.dat file? I figured out how to created Eddie Perez to be my minor league manager, but he has no portrait. I know tha tthis is unrealistic, but I was bored and I figured that I'd rather have him as a manager than a player. I also noticed that Buddy Bell still has Tony Pena's photo and there are some others. Any help would be appreciated.

I played around with the manager.dat file until I figured it out. Here are the steps that I took:

1. Export the rosters you will be using. If you don't, the rosters will revert back to how they were the last time you exported the rosters.

2. Open up the manager.dat file and change the last line in the file. At the top of the file, it tells you what each number represents. I kept going back and forth between the manage.dat file and the attribute.dat file so everything matched up for Eddie Perez. There are two manager.dat files, one in the data folder and one in the database folder. I edited them both, but I think you only need to edit the one in the database folder.

3. In MVPEdit, go to File, Import>Dat Files. Import the files into MVPEdit.

4. Export the rosters again.

That's it. The problem with this is that by making your minor league manager, he becomes the minor league manager for every team. I thought it would be a cool feature to have in Dynasty or Owner Mode. Plus, I'd rather have one guy manage every minor league team, than to have all of the generic managers managing each team.
