Beckster24
Hello I have had a go at making my first cyberface. Thanks to the help of using Jogar84's tutorial, I have been able to make a start on it, had a go at doing a Josh Beckett face although I think it needs definitely alot more work and improvement, especially where the shadows are, not sure how to improve that area Any suggestions, tips etc to improve it would be very appreciated Thanks Beck Link to comment https://www.mvpmods.com/forums/topic/22687-first-attempt-at-making-a-cyberface/ Share on other sites

The_Jerk
He's going to look like two-face. You'r first and biggest problem is the photo you're using. Try to find a picture (try MLB pressbox) and find a picture where he doesn't have one side of his face covered in shadows. You can try to colour it out, but being that dark, it won't look right. And if you do use the pressbox photo, make the texture 512x256 instead of 256x126, the difference in detail will be noticeable. It's hard to judge as of now, because we can't see it in game yet if you haven't put it with a suitable headshape. Work on the texture some more with a new, bigger pic, and then start the Oedit process. Beckster24
This was the only descent one I could find, other ones were too small. I will have a look in MLB Pressbox, and see what I can find. I am using the head shape that was used for Josh Beckett, used thr33niL template face. Beckster24
I have no idea what i am doing when i try to blend i lose all the detail I really can't find a way to make is look better, the template I am using for a start the colour is slightly off. I have no idea what I am doing. I'm starting to get quite peed off with it right! I'm not getting there what so ever Link to comment https://www.mvpmods.com/forums/topic/22687-first-attempt-at-making-a-cyberface/#findComment-284483 Share on other sites

Beckster24
I don't think my luck is that great either. For a start the template i am using perhaps isn't the right one, but its close as I will get I think. I'm not that great when it comes to using photoshop. I have requested that someone help me with but noone has offered to make one for me.
