The_Jerk
There's an album I really want to get, its Coheed & Cambria's "Kerrang UK XFM Acoustic Sessions EP," but since I'm in Canada, it's not available. It's only available in the US store, and of course it would be ridiculous for something to travel over the internet all that way. So I'm wondering if there's any way to get around this. Is there a way I can buy the CD from the wrong store? If not, is there anyone willing to buy the album, send it to me and then I'll pay you for it? Thanks for any help
Johnson989
It's Not on LimeWire either
chezboots
Theres no way around I've tried in the past. I can get it for you if you want but downloading, burning to CD and then re-importing may degrade the quality. But it may not be that noticeable. If you want to do it we can set something up. seanzarelli
I tried looking in the usuals for this EP but haven't found it yet. However if you are interested I have these songs in acoustic form by Coheed. "Al The Killer" "Blood Red Summer" "Cuts Marked In The March Of Men" "Faint Of Heart" "Favor House Atlantic" "Time Consumer" (Decent Quality) "Watch Over Me" (Poor Quality) Then also, not sure if you have heard of Prize Fighter Inferno, but that's Claudio's side project and all the music is acoustic and is pretty amazing. I have some of those songs too. "Blood Machine" "Run Like Hell" "The Fight Of Moses Early & Sir McCloud" "The Margretville Town Dance" (Actually sounds like some techno, lol) "The Missing McCloud Boys" "Your Love" And then last but not least I have Coheed & Cambria live @ The Troubadour, and the set list for that is "In Keeping Secrets Of Silent Earth: 3" "Three Evils (Embodied In Love And Shadow)" "Delirium Trigger" "The Velourium Camper I: Faint Of Hearts" "The Velourium Camper II: Backened Of Forever" "Favor House Atlantic" "Devil In Jersey City" "Everything Evil -- Blood Red Summer"
The_Jerk
Yup got all of that, plus all their albums and about four other live albums. Okay so it sounds like its not possible for me to buy it from iTunes, so is anyone willing to buy it for me? I use paypal so I can send the money for it easily, and then essentially you're getting a free album.
seanzarelli
I'd say I'd do it, but my PayPal account is all screwed up, and I don't trust any other pay things like that. But once I get it all straightened out, I'll shoot you a PM and see if we can get it taken care of.
Falcoatl
Limewire can be used for copyright enfringement, and it isn't talked about on this site. So who made you captain of the planet? I don't remember seeing this anouncement.
Kccitystar
I rip albums all the time to my computer or to play in the car, or to keep a solid copy, and I don't think it's illegal.
bigbully
There's no noticible loss on ripping a cd and then importing it to your iPod.

The_Jerk
Holy crap guys this has nothing to do with this situation. I'm talking about buying an album. The limewire comment wasn't a solution to help me buy the album, so just drop it.
bigbully
couldn't you just buy the album from amazon.com or another site?
The_Jerk
Unfortunately it's exclusive to itunes.
