myk13
Defense i like to watch Khalil Greene Offense, David Ortiz and Andrew Jones, Jones just has this violent swing that you just close your eyes whenever he lets it go praying he doesnt make contact. Ortiz is just so damn clutch Also, nothing beats being at PETCO park and watching Hoffman come in to Hells Bells blaring and watching him blow a save just kidding (just as of late)

TwentySeven
interesting that you've already put pujols in such elite class. Hitters better then Ortiz isn't an elite class. First off, he has such good protection in the lineup (Manny) that it is hard to not pitch to him. Secon, Cobb, Williams, etc are all way better. Pujols is better to some extent. Continue discussion. boone292929
Tom Glavine......as he approaches 300 wins we all realize we haven't been giving this guy the respect he deserves. He's having an outstanding year w/ the mets at the closing years of his career. We salute you Tom David Wright Manny Ramirez- "enough said" Derek Jeter - talk about for the love of the game
erf305
A.J. Burnett while he was in Florida. Man its was fun to see him throw as hard as he could. If he would hit 94 you'd think there was something wrong with him. I remember seeing him hit 103 i think twice, but the machine could have been broken. JoeRudi26
Maybe I should have added a 'pre spit era' for Robbie Alomar? :wtg:
