Matroska
Cubs720: I dumped the UMD to my memory stick as a backup and I decided to peek around too see it the files are modable but I renamed the .msh files to .fsh and they didnt open. So I posted this then peeked around somemore and found a folder with .o files one named aple.o and tran.o so I know that the way they layed the game out is a bit different as I can't find the rosters and theres a datafile for every stadium and their day + night version. Geolink: Youd have to "back-up" your copy of the game (not blockbusters or bittorrents  ) like the xbox users then apply the mods to the backup iso file then run it with devhook. Matroska
You can get the eboot here: http://n-exp.com/dl/new-umd-dumper_0200.zip but you need a 1.5 or a 2.0 or eboot loader for GTA with a 2.5/6 If you upgraded you are screwed and you needa 1 gig card to play the game off your memory stick once you rip out the dummy files.
