Cash #25
My top 5 favorites. Did you know that 61* was filmed at TIGER Stadium. Finally Billy Crystal gets something right. Funny thing about that. If you watch the movie with Crystal's comments, he points out a scene that is supposed to take place in Tiger Stadium and notes it has all the old orange and blue seats. For all of Billy's fantastic attention to detail, he missed this one badly. Tiger Stadium, in 1961, was painted all green. And if I ever get to meet the guy, I'll have to give him a friendly little tweak over that one.
jaywil
Being a Braves fan, I really liked watching "The Sluggers Wife". Released in the Early 80's maybe 83 or 84 I think!.

pdub
There was one about Babe Ruth, and no it wasn't "The Babe". I remember watching tv one late night when I was in high school and it was on so I watched it. I looked it up but I'm not sure if this is it or not. I think it is this one called "Babe Ruth". RaptorQuiz
Mr. 3000 I was wondering how long it would take for somebody to mention this movie. I think it's fantastic as a comedy in general, but also a very good 'baseball movie.'

If you got kids, its a great movie to watch on a Friday or Saturday night.
pdub
How about The Naked Gun? It has some nice baseball scenes in it, some great umpiring, and who would want to miss OJ Simpson getting the crap beat out of him and getting wheelchaired over the edge of the seats at Angel Stadium.
