Two Problems

Okay well first off, when i use mvp studio to add my jerseys that i made, it freezes at 80% everytime, but when i look at the jersey preview in studio the updated one is there, but when i go into the game and to the jersey select screen, the preview is just the normal one that came with the game. When i choose the jersey i replaced it is in the game and everything so the first question i am asking is,

Is there a way to import them through ea graph? I tried it once and my game crashed. Also do i have to compress it?(dont know how) and what are the alpha files how do i change them to work with my new jersey portrait?

My second question is also dealing with those alpha files but with the letters. I am totally confused about how to make my own letters as everytime i do there is this coloured box at the bottem of the numbers and around the letters. Could someone direct or explain to me how to do the letters or numbers? Maybe make me a tutorial? That would be amazing and i would love the person who did that.

Ive tried and tried and tried searching for a tutorial on either of my problems and i couldnt find anything that went in depth on editing or what to do with those alpha files.
