scooteristkai
I know there are tons of topics about this all over the forums but I seem to find no answer on finding the right datafile/slider setting to get at least realistic batting average numbers. I play on mvp difficulty did tweak my sliders but i´m getting still 12 hits a game and in this specific game the Mets got 20 so I lost 10-2. I ´m not angry about loosing but I looked at the stats on mlb.com and saw batting avg is .250-.290 as a team. I have now .330 and my "big" guys hit .420 and more. I think there´s only one player hitting under .300. As I said sliders are tweaked a little f.e. user and cpu contact is down -20 but as a result there are almost 20 slow rollers to the infield and that is not realistic to me As you all can see I´m pretty new to the forums and I don´t want to spam them but does anyone have any suggestions/a datafile with good results on mvp difficulty? Any suggestions are highly appreciated Greets from Stuttgart, Germany

fred13
Instead of a set of sliders look for a datafile that changes the ball physics for your need, then tweak the sliders accordingly. Search the forums for the different datafiles they will tell you what is changed in each of them.
scooteristkai
Thanks guys for your quick responses. I downloaded bigshmooz datafile and this works great until now. I played three games and hitting is quite difficult for me now but I get realistic numbers. I just have to manage to not check swing at every pitch lol and strike out a lot as a result.
