RAM Posted August 21, 2006 Share Posted August 21, 2006 i'm normally in bed by 1am and up by 5:30 am to walk the dogs daily (except weekends) so i average about 4.5 hours of sleep per night. on weekends i'm up by 7 or 8am at the latest. if i'm lucky during the week and i don't have a repair to do i'll grab a nap. i hate sleeping late. i had a friend tell me he never slept past 8am in his life because every day was too precious to waste. ever since then i haven't slept past 8. he was right i hate to waste a day. Even with one of those things you put over your eyes to block light out , I still end up waking up at odd hours especially on weekends , i.e. 6 , 7 am.
