xz_5 Posted August 18, 2006 Share Posted August 18, 2006 ok so i read through 100 or so dynasty crash threads and i dont think they are like my problem. i have no official ea patches installed. i installed the game and then did the patch clean. i installed ur 7.3 plus edition. when i go through dynasty mode, i always get stuck on April 13th, 2016/2017. i forget which year it was. any thoughts? stuck means the game stops responding during sim of season on that date and i have to shut the program down with task manager. redsox Posted August 19, 2006 Share Posted August 19, 2006 I am not really sure what you mean by 7.24se but if you are using the plus version of UR rosters just make sure that you have the corresponding models.big file by big shmooz. Also when does the game crash? Does it crash in year 2016/2017 that you mentioned or just when you try to play a game? ronmexico Posted August 19, 2006 Share Posted August 19, 2006 Go with UR 7.1. I had issues with all the other ones until I got it from DUnit. Also, it might be something with the 06 mod. I couldn't use the 06 mod for some reason, so I installed all the cool mods and played it with mvp 05. Try that if you want. xz_5 Posted August 19, 2006 Author Share Posted August 19, 2006 ok it still crashes. i thought it was the official patch 5 that was causing the dynasty crashes. so i replaced the manager.bat file with the one on the cd. i also didnt mod it this time. the game crashed may 5th, 2015. i dont know what is wrong with it. ronmexico Posted August 19, 2006 Share Posted August 19, 2006 Try to reinstall, and then not add a mod at all. Then add one mod at a time and then keep doing that until you notice it crashing. Thats what I did and then I finally realized that it was a corrupt portraits.big file for me. Try to find it out that way for your self. Its time consuming but it ensures you know what the problem is. Thats the problem that I had, but then I got UR 7.1 from DUnit, those being the only rosters that worked for me.
