Any High Heat Clubhouse peeps in here?

I remember back in the day there was an obsessive group of people following everything High Heat (the best baseball game I ever played). DangerZ's updates, rumors for a OOTP-High Heat "Link" that would combine the two games, etc etc. Those were good times and this board reminds me of them.

Anyone from around here take part in that board?

Yup, I remember those days (and the HH sites -- The Clubhouse and HighHeat.net) well, and I can say that I played versions of High Heat that still had "mounse" support..... :D

Sweet! Good to see you guys. Remember "the link," that was one of the greatest rumors ever!

I don't know how long you've been lurking this site, but we have our own famous rumor:

WHO IS MARK B? 8O

If a 'sighting' happens in your area, please report back.

Ah, Yes, The Link, the great utility that never was, which was to bring legions of fans of both OOTP and High Heat Baseball together. Pierre from OOTP was to be helping bring that utility to light. I remember those days, as I played a ton of OOTP at the time, especially due to the fact that I was a beta tester for OOTP 3. If anyone still has a copy look for my name, Jay Conley.

Later,

Jay

i googled mark b and finally found a picture of him. i know it's him because of the microwave food he always talks about:

And the picture of a baseball stadium in the background. He works in mysterious ways.

I thought MarkB was just ashamed of himself because of his, you know, disability.

He doesn't allow himself to go out anymore because he thinks he is not accepted in our society, when in fact he is very wrong.

Many people, just like him, have made it big and functioned quit well in our society.
