rig99
How do minor leaguers skills improve in this game? For example, I have a pitcher in A ball with a sub par screwball. I want to improve his screwball. What do I do? Just keep throwing it or what?

TheProdigy
In owner mode, you can hire a better pitching coach. or wait till next Spring Training and do the mini game with him
Mezza76
it's difficult to improve just one pitch - normally most will get a boost/or drop. Also its based on the players potential (scouting report can give u an inidcation). as nyj3tsrule said - mini games can help.
philliesphan18
Whenever I fire a coach in owner mode there are never any better ones. So I always keep who I get. Why is this?
Don
Or just edit his screwball.
cazcryy
Whenever I fire a coach in owner mode there are never any better ones. So I always keep who I get. Why is this? well the good ones are obviously taken. I think its the same problem for everybody. Perhaps you can hire better ones at the offseason?? And for the original question, I believe you would have to wait till the spring training
