Question on Rosters

When someone is making a roster, how do they come up with the ratings for the players. Is there a ratings generator program? Or is it just completly at the makers discresion?

Also how do you get created players to have the black portrait? Like the minors in the UR series and the draftees in TC61?

There's no utility program for this. You use different formulas you've made up yourself based on stats with a little personal touch in the end

You download MVPedit (www.glass4.com), click "create" (new player) and set the player/audio ID for that player to "0".

I'm pretty sure created players get a black portrait by default, whether u use mvpedit or do it in roster management.
