(I think there might be an option in either I.E. or Firefox to disable Tooltip Text, but I'm not too sure. Might just be going back to my VB6 coding days.) (For those wondering what the difference is, Tooltip Text is coded into the Windows XP OS and can appear in pretty much any program as long as it's enabled, wheras an actual mouseover has to be hardcoded specifically to have certain text, or to exist at all.)
