Unless its a direct attempt to circumvent the rules (a judgement I cannot make)....the only indication of his language is that he solely speaks spanish, otherwise I would logically assume he would have put a portion of his post in English (ie: No speak english) to preface it, which is something I have seen before. Beyond that, your guess is as good as mine.

I agree with the choice to put a forum in Spanish. English is not our 2nd language, we learned it because of the empire...

Don't worry, we can study English and achieve a better performance.

I agree with that. If a Spanish forum is put in here, this should be done for all other languages spoken here.

Not necessarily a bad idea... But really the forums are not English only, so feel free to use whatever language... Some people are able to understand some Spanish and might be able to help, but they wouldnt see it in a Spanish only forum.
