Major - Minor New Affiliates

There has been many Major league teams switching their minor league affiliates - NYY and SWB, Balitmore and Norfolk, NYM and New Orleans, PHL and Ottawa, Washington and Columbus are the 5 main ones. I know there was a program in 2004 that allowed us to manually switch the affiliates. Not sure if that exists still or works with MVP 2005.

Could someone update the Major-Minor league affiliates? I don't know if this can be included in the next release of Ultimate Rosters. Thanks.
