Trues
Trues - Datafile and no_runner_pip v1.0 7/26/04 Here's my customized datafile I've been tweaking here and there for months now. Also included is the no runner PIP and a modified igcrsr.fsh file. Thanks to Rod Rodkey and jzicc for their wonderful work and ideas to expand from. Here's a quick screen of the new runner indicator. To install: 1. Place the datafile.txt file into your MVP Baseball 2004data dir 2. Place the igcrsr.fsh file into your MVP Baseball 2004dataigshapes dir or you can just copy and paste this line into the datafile of your choice. 0x779c563a 11<baserunner>;0 0.520;1 0.140;2 0.0;3 0.0;4 1;10 1;5 0.40;6 0.05;7 0.58;8 0.23;9 0; Enjoy! Minnesota Twins
I have used your new datafile with your old FoxSportsNet overlay for my last 3 dynasty games. Awesome work Trues. I am liking your tweaks and the new runnerpip. It seems to run very smooth. I was using my own modified version of Rod Data 7 with default cams, but I think I like what you've done better then what I had. Great work. Trues
well, as far as changes to the datafile.... Batting cam 3 Areal fielding cam No swing replays No batter walkup music No runner PIP Batters moved back in the box Harder pitcher control and many more.. Again, I'm not going to take full credit for this datafile. It's a combination of various changes that have been made public. I just tweaked things to my liking and thought some others might like it as well.

kumala
trues, your data file is awesome. I especially like the broadcast view. Did you do any changes to the double play animation to help make turning db plays a reality. any way great job.
Millennium
Trues - Do your changes in by any chance include all of the talk over at highheat2004.net? Just curious, as I have been itching to put the changes is a datafile, just haven't sat down to seperate all of it.

kumala
what type of sliders are you guys using?
Minnesota Twins
I actually think Trues has done such a great job that in conjuction with Total Minors 4 I play with all sliders set to default. I could see adjusting runners steal speed and perhaps some other speed type sliders. As far as the hitting goes... so far it has been extremely accurate. Keep in mind I do use Total Minors 4 and the whole rating system has been overhauled and I seem to find that with a good data file and these rosters, very few adjustments are needed. rspencer86
Wow, this datafile mod is great! The camera angles are good, the gameplay is very realistic, and the game just feels a whole lot better. Thank you, Trues! I recommend that everyone at least give this a try.
phlups
Trues, this is the best datafile by far...I have one request....I like the PIP with the runners in the window....could you either send me or tell me how to get the PIP back?....anyone? rspencer86
Trues, can you explain how I would go about getting the batter walkup music back with your datafile? The game is a lot quieter without it, especially on homeruns. Thank you, -Ryan
