tywiggins
tywiggins i get a error message when installing the newest version of the mvp2005 editor. it states mvp2005 editor.exe file has been corrupted. i have version 0.26 installed. your newest is 0.28 do i need version 0.27 to make this work? You don't need 0.27. Try downloading 0.28 again.
tywiggins
Ty, how hard would it be to add a feature to edit the career stats using MVPEditor. I have been using your .DAT importer/exporter program with MVPEdit to make changes to the career stats, but I sometimes end up with a player playing multiple positions in a game and/or pitchers playing positions other than as a RP or a SP. It would be of huge help if you could incorporate the career editing feature into this. Thanks and take care. It wouldn't be hard. It would take a lot of time though. It would take some donations to get me to do it. Have you tried the stats only version of the .dat importer? http://www.mvpmods.com/Forums/download/id=2080.html

Have you tried the stats only version of the .dat importer? http://www.mvpmods.com/Forums/download/id=2080.htmlI understand and thats fine. I have used your stats importer before, but I just felt that it would be much easier to make changes in your editor. I am guessing your stats only importer never creates the situation where pitchers play outfield positions and/or have a same player playing multiple positions? Thanks and take care. Ivanhoe
I'm having a similiar problem. It used to work and now it won't. It was my favorite mod, too. I think that part of my issue is that I removed MVP and then re-installed and I tried to use the dynasty saves from the previous install.

tywiggins
wrigleyville, if it says "Disabled" in the box, you have to click anywhere in the MVP2005 Editor window. After you do that it should change to "Enabled", "Address not found", or "MVP2005 not running".
tywiggins
Just released version 0.30. Note: Requires Visual C++ 2008 Runtime, and .NET Framework 2.0 Links for both are here: http://tywiggins.eamods.com/required.html New in version 0.30 - Setup button on menu. Use this so the program knows where to find your portraits and faces. - Now supports languages other than English. Read below for more information. - Now requires Visual C++ 2008 Runtime Components. A link to it is in required.html Language support: The program will let you choose from all of the .txt files in the "loc" folder. Currently, the only completed language is english. To add support for a new language, all you need is to create a new text file in the "loc" folder. Example: You want to add support for German. 1. Rename "Copy of English.txt" to "Deutsch.txt" 2. Then open "Deutsch.txt" in a text editor, and translate every line into German. 3. Save the file. To change the current language: Click the UN Flag in the bottom left hand corner. Either Double-Click on the language, or select it and press the Enter key on your keyboard. If you want me to include your language file(s) with future versions of the program, send them to me.
