Getting Heroes and Legends back in the game.

I've loaded another version of UR so that the players from the legends teams and heroes are back in the game, but how do I get the names of the teams and abbreviations back in the game, and do I need to set their faces to generics are is there a list of cyberfaces i need to take off of the cd?
