BigRog
ill post the Paul O'Neil/Fred McGriff CTS requested by TheShredderMan from the CTS factory. abc006
hey good point, i suck at backgrounds, and acdc it pretty good, but you're one of the best kc, we'll let you know if we need your help. :)
BigRog
we could use this in the cts instead of the ea logo. thanks KC
abc006
you mean just the round ea sport logo? that wouldn't be a bad idea, but it'd be hard to put the whole thing on. i'll get to work right away.

SESbb30
it looks good, but just take the thing below the ea sports logo out.
abc006
actually, now that i think about it, maybe your first one would be good, except take out the ea logo at the top and the bars, have only the mvp 06 part.

abc006
anybody want to take a shot at spicing up this Lidle CTS? I know how to do stuff, but I'm not great at special effects, and I know some of you who are flat-out amazing. Don't make it too flashy, subtle, but still very very good. i'll give you it with text and without: w/o text: http://philadelphia.phillies.mlb.com/phi/i...e_1280x1024.jpg

abc006
Commemorative Lidle CTS done by the way, if you haven't noticed. While acdc gets jeter and griffey all set up, i'm working on a little Yankee Stadium "suite". Hope you like it... by the way... do i get my "modder" badge now? I've done like 10 CTS's, and that's... alot. or enough for a badge. pretty please with a nice marischino cherry all doused in sugar on top? Sean12131982
Sean12131982, (geez you have a long username), sorry your's hasn't been up to the normal factory speed, i've been busy the last couple of days, and i've had some trouble with it, but hopefully maybe it should be done by today, if not tommorow afternoon. since i'm working on it, don't be absoloutely flabbergasted if the fisk one is done before. No problem, I'm sure it's gonna be worth the wait and look great.

The guys here that have the "Modders Badge" have been doing this for a long time. They have earned the respect of the staff and members, and are the reason why MVP Mods is still alive. I have been making CTS screens off and on for the last few months, but I don't expect to get a modders badge, as they are pretty easy to pump out. Not to diminsh your work as it is really good, but try branching out to jerseys, cyberfaces, etc...

Kccitystar
CTS screens should be done like this: When finding a hi-res image, try to crop it to one of two dimensions. 1024x768, or, for smaller images, 800x600. Resizing small images to 1024x768 only makes them look grainy and pixelated. Example, this image: http://images.sportsline.com/u/ap/photos/D...19_1024x768.jpg is not exactly 1024x768, so you resize it, in proportion of course, to become 1024x831. Hm. Still not what we're looking for. In Photoshop, I make a selection the size of 1024x768 and crop. Now, from here, I resize to 1024x1024 and badabing badaboom, it looks and maps perfect in the game without any wierd length or width issues. For small images, if you blow them up to have an 800x600 res, they should be resized to 512x512.
