We don't know what manager Frank Robinson will do with the team, but we can imagine. Our Nationals were one of the better teams last season finishing 81-81. It was our inaugural season here in Washinton and we finished .500.

In spring training these boys looked like they had room to improve finishing worst in the Grapefruit League with a 9-23 record.

Tomorrow Frank Robinson will announce the lineups and I hope that these guys will forget about some League named after citrus and start thinking about the regular season.

Yeah I know but I'm not going to mess with the banner because I know it doesn't affect my actual dynasty.

Nationals Part of Earth-Shattering Deal!

The Nationals latest deal goes as follows:

WSH Recieves:

SP Orlando Hernandez

RP Billy Wagner

SP Blake McGinley

NYM Recieves:

SP Zach Day

SS Christian Guzman

SP Ryan Drese

So the lineup will stay the same but the pitching staff looks like this:

Manager Frank Robinson said of the trade,

" I was talking to Mr. Bowden about making a deal happen. I really don't think Chad [Cordero] should have the pressure of being a closer when he is this young. He will definately be closer in the near future, but not this year."

Take out Nook Logan, and put Jose Guillen in. Guillen is better, and he has a cool stance :D
No! Nook Logan is underrated and I need someone speedy to get on base so Alfonso can ctually drive in some runs. You obviously don't know that I am a big Nook Logan fan. I used to have a Nook Logan avatar and sig.

This sounds like a dumb idea, but you should put the pitcher 8th and then Nook 9th. I always do this with a speedy guy hitting last so that when the leadoff man is on, he has a speedy guy on the bases.

thats not a bad idea d-unit.

Future Joseph T??? Like to mix it up.Prehaps I shall do the same. I will also probably deal Guillen by late April. I want to see if I should go for young talent or is there a real weakness in my lineup.

I open it up, then I press the "print screen" key and then paste it to an image editing program, for me I use paint and photoshop. You might need to copy it a few times to get the whole boxscore in. Then I save it as a .jpeg or whatever, then host it on imageshack.

There are probably better ways to do it, but I am too stubborn to change my ways.

My Thoughts: After watching this performance, I believe the Nationals have to try harder to score runs off of sac bunts, hit and runs, etc. The pitching looked okay, I mean, he was pitching against the Mets.Blake McGinley looked great averaging one strikeout/inning

All-in-all I think the Nationals go 82-80 and fight for the wild card and lose it within the last 3 games.
