Homer
yeah, it's all in the eyes. i tried to get it to look a little more friendly, but thought, what the heck. he has his game face on.
redsox
Hey Homer, that Cecil Fielder cyberface is truly amazing - especially the thinner version. And just like many others, I am glad to see that you are back.
Homer
thank you. it's good to be back. wait until you guys see what i have in store.
redsox
That's very nice to hear Homer. Also, were you ever able to get a decent enough shot of Pesky? I had posted a couple some while back but those pictures were recent shots. I have been searching but I just can't get a good enough picture of him from his playing days. Homer
i found a couple, but nothing great. but that's no surprise. i found one that i might be able to scrounge a face with. the problem is he looks so much different now than in his playing day, so there's not a lot i can do with his high res shot. but he's on my to do list. we'll see what i can get out of it. Homer
well, i was working on making a thorough tutorial...except i'm running across a few snags on the videos. i guess that was more than a hint so we'll see if it gets done now. Davidc
Homer, if I were to dig the Art Howe and Jimy "One M" Williams cyber files out of MVP2004, would you be able convert 'em for use with MVP 2005? In a similar vein, has anyone got decent photos of Bobby Valentine and Johnny Oates? Whatever you have in store will be great, as usual. Your dedication to our enjoyment is second to none. hull16s
Nice one Homer...........read an old Sports Illustrated article in 1989, apparantly the managers picked Gaetti ahead of Wade Boggs. Did Boggs make it into the Hall of Fame yet.

Homer
i decided to stop hijacking highheat's thread and am posting previews of these cubbie uni's here. this is the thread i'm talking about: http://www.mvpmods.com/Forums/viewtopic/t=.../start=210.html this is the thread i got the design from: http://www.mvpmods.com/Forums/viewtopic/t=...15/start=0.html this is what they look like: no worries, i'm still working on faces. i hope to finish up my tutorial this weekend, but am also working on an ozzie smith. and hopefully i'll have a ted kluszewski by this weekend too. kgbaseball
Not liking the gray socks, they don't match at all. I think the alternate hat should be light blue. I would easily use these jerseys.
Homer
thought so too. i really wanted to stick to the guy's design as much as possible, but the grey socks aint cutting it for me either. someone make a suggestion on another color please. hopefully it's the same thing i was thinking. Homer
okay, also been working on kluszewski for months now, and this is the progress. this is what i'm comparing it to, and this is also the best i've been able to do. if anyone else can see anything else to improve on it, please let me know, or else i'm calling this one good. baseballfans
Excellent work on Wizard of Oz :google: U did so many Old time legend faces that I have made previously. I think TC will forget all my work soon. :biglaff:
tebjr
I think TC will forget all my work soon. Not likely BBFans. Your work is great as well.
Homer
yeah no kidding. you gotta always take into account the stage you were modding too. cyberface making skills have come a long way. it doesn't make the previous work junk because we can make better ones. the goal is to always make the best face possible. but really, without your work, i would've never even been attracted to this site. the only reason i got caught up at this site and game itself was because i was really excited about all the classic mods available. and that got me excited about possibly making some myself. without your work, i wouldn't even be making these. your work was priceless then and it won't be forgotten.
