juk34man
any ps2 rosters yet for this?
iuhyeah
Hey KG, i just downloaded your 4.2 roster update and Ubaldo Jimenez, from the rockies has a different skin color on his body that his face. What models.big or whatever should I download to fix this?
MilkmanAnt
KG (or anyone)... I have a minor prob. When I put in your 4.2 standard database files, it works perfect. But when I use MVPEdit to edit the "4.2 standard mbe.mbe," the game crashes at the 1st loading screen. IDK why any suggestions?
kgbaseball
Yep, the hist.dat that comes from exporting the roster causes the crash. All you need to do is export from MVPEdit normally, and then take the hist.dat that's in the "Roster Files" folder, and place it in your/database folder. MilkmanAnt
Wait....confused hist.dat is already in database. And what do you mean by "All you need to do is export from MVPEdit normally"???
kgbaseball
Just export the roster like you normally would. After you do that, get the hist.dat from the roster download and overwrite the one in your /database folder.
MilkmanAnt
I see export on mvpedit but it wont let me look for dat files
Totte
I see export on mvpedit but it wont let me look for dat files You hit export in MVPedit and just chose the location on your HD where you want the dat-files to be added, in other words your data/database folder. dirtdogman5
I've downloaded KG's Ultimate Rosters 7.2 for XBox Action Replay, and am having some difficulties. I've used AR w/ codejunkies, but this is my first time dealing with zipped files and such. I'm using WinZIP to unzip the file, and when I drag it to the memory card section of AR, it still says it isn't a valid XBox save. This may not be the right place for this post, but any help would be appreciated.

Unzipping the file is your problem.I use WinRAR and extract the files to any location I choose,if the roster file is in with a larger zip file. Most roster saves do not need this extra step, though. If you download KGs' roster 4.2 for Xbox, you won't have to unzip or extract anything. You may need to delete the datelinfo.xbx file from the save, however,as that file often leads to a save being unusable or damaged when trying to load in game. You can do this by double clicking on the zip file, double clicking on the UDATA file and then selecting the datelinfo.xbx file for deletion. Again, unzipping these files makes them unusable.

Totte
hmmm i don't see the .mbe file in your new 4.3 roster ?!? You could always make your own by importing the .dat-files into MVPedit
DoubleD
KG: I hate to be one of "those guys", but I haven't seen any post concerning the issue...when do you think your next roster will be released? Not looking for a specific date, but are you planning on releasing one soon, or one sometime during this offseason, or will there not be an update until spring training? kgbaseball
I did yesterday or the day before. :)

InSainn
Hey KG, when do you think an update will be available with updated player ratings with 2007 stats included? Will we have to wait for MVP 08 for that or might we get something sooner?
DoubleD
During the offseason, this is the main thing I'm going to concentrate on. I've noticed the same thing you have. I've seen that most minor leaguers end up with the same amount of homeruns every season, and it's my goal to change that by adjusting the power ratings, home run %, etc. We'll see how it goes. I'm trying out a new method of rating guys, and Baker comes out to 40/30 {contact/power) against lefties, and 58/50 against RHP. I'm still going to do a lot of testing on this, but I think I'm headed in the right direction. I don't know if you've finished evey team, but I went through the Marlin's system and it looked real nice, good job on it.
kgbaseball
I went through every AAA and AA team. I'll do A teams at a later date

rmac111
KG... Just so you know Ryan Raburn of the Tigers is a white guy with a black guys face. I just changed it to 903 in MVP edit... And the Tigers Acquired Jacque Jones from the cubs for Omar Infante a couple days ago....
-25-
when comes the first update from this roster, especially rockies update. Because the rank of the rockies is now something like 18, and I think it sould be more like 8/
