the only reason i'm making a new post for the same problem is not everyone reads each post, especially if they feel it doesn't pertain to them or it's not a topic they're interested in. i merely stated it in a different way to see if i can get more positive responses and help. i didn't mean to get anyone's undies in a bundle it's that a lot of the people that are trying to help me (and i DO appreciate the help) aren't really reading my whole posts as far as what i've done to try to correct the problem and keep telling me to uninstall and reinstall the game and the programs, which, as i mentioned, i've done about 15 times in the past 2-3 days

The best way to get help is to ask in the same thread you've already started. No need to make a new one.

Too bad what your excuses are. The thing about people that make double posts about the same topic is that people notice it and won't respond because you are spamming in the forums. And the only person who has their undies in a bundle is you. No one else isn't going to be losing any sleep over this.
