Watch the games

I don't know if this has ever been brought up, but I was wondering if it is possible to make it able to have to computer play vs. the computer in dynasty mode. You can do it in other EA Games, but tit usually sucks because the AI in games like hockey is stupid and painful to watch, but I'd think that watching baseball games would be kind of fun.

I would like to know if it is possible to be able to set the computer play the computer in Dynasty mode, so I can build a team and actually watch them play when I have time instead of just simming and seeing the numbers come up. It'd make it more like having my own personal team.

Not only is it possible-it's how a large number of us play "manager."

What you need to do is start your dynasty-set your lineups-rotations, etc.

When you get to the gameday-set it up as if you were going to control your team and assign the cpu for the other team.

Once the game begins-before the first pitch-hit escape and then when the menu comes up select the "select controller" option and set both to CPU control. then go back and you can "watch" the game.

Any time you want to "intervene" to warm up pitchers, pinchhit, etc-bring up the menu-assign the controller to human control-go back into the game and make the changes you want-then go back and change control to cpu again.

It's not perfect -but it's better than the sad built in "manage only" mode.
