Homer
damn again! looks great. i might move the texture of the upper lip up a bit if i were you.
bigbully
Luke Scott can be made after Andy Cannizaro, Chris Britton, Jose Veras, and two 4th outfielder Kevins get faces. I'd personally rather see the 2 Stros faces as I've never heard of these 4 people
kgbaseball
Thanks for the compliments, guys. I'll see what I can do about Scott and Qualls; don't they both have big smiles? Maybe I'll try them. Otherwise, all I'm trying to do now is redo previously made faces.
SwinginSoriano
I'd personally rather see the 2 Stros faces as I've never heard of these 4 people Obviously a bad joke. I'd rather have Luke Scott than those guys as well.
kgbaseball
Britton needs one, and he's got a good picture to work with for an 04 face. I'll do him tonight. I'm currently working on Scott.
myk13
Kouzmanoff, or Andrew Brown? im attempting a Kouz right now actually but would also like to see someone attempt them.
kgbaseball
Kouz has no big pictures that I've seen, and Brown's smile throws me off. I doubt I'd attempt those.
MarlinsMS_35
I've been looking through this thread, and you have drastically improved.
AstroEric
I have last year's hi-res shots for Scott and Qualls, but they're smiling in those as well. Stupid happy Astros.
kgbaseball
I tried Scott but it's tough to find a headshape of a white guy with such a flat nose, so it didn't look anything like him, so I scrapped it. Maybe I'll give it another run tonight.
AstroEric
Stupid, happy, flat-faced, white Astros.
JP_Frost
how about Travis Hafner? Baseball's most underrated player needs a better face (and especially a better headshape)
Hory
Stupid, happy, flat-faced, white Astros. I'm glad you're finally coming round to my way of thinking :)
AstroEric
Noooooooo! Duped again! Be nice to me, or I'll start talking about the classic Cubs rookie of the year/runner-up combo of Jerome Walton and Dwight Smith. --Eric
kgbaseball
I've been putzing around with EA's original faces and giving/removing players' facial hair. Here's Nick Johnson; how does it look?
Homer
the hair extends too far out on the upper lip. it should just go out as far as the corners of the mouth. also, add more hair above the lip. it should be right up to the line of the nostrils, and down as far as the upper lip. right now, it kinda looks like a porn stache:) but good work so far. facial hair is something when you start messing with it. The Big O
If you are taking requests I'd love to see a Brian Roberts and a Kevin Millar w/o facial hair. Come to think of it, Bedard and Cabrera could use one as well.
Homer
by the way, what are you doing to add hair to these textures?
kgbaseball
Taking the Pressbox photos and just cutting and pasting, really.
Homer
i was just curious. i've usually just sampled from other faces. when i started, i was using the burn tool and painting it on. looks better when you use a real sample. anyhow, looking good. i think it's just a matter of mapping it our correctly. kgbaseball
Alberto Callaspo. He should be a big part of the DBacks plans in the coming years, so I thought he deserved a face. I still have to do a lot of blending with this one, but I think it looks pretty good right now.
