Cyberface Help...

OK, I'm using the latest version of Big Schmooz's model.BIG, so... what that means is that I have all the latest cyber faces.

I didn't like the cyber face Aaron Miles had. He doesn't have a goatee! I edited it in Photoshop (I basically copied Varitek's goatee and pasted it onto Miles face, smudged it up a bit, etc...). Anyway, I'm following jogar's tutorial now, and it says to convert the BMP into a FSH file. However, when I attempt to import the BMP file, I get the following error: "Stream read error."

It still adds the file, but it's messed up. There's no preview of it in the upper-right box, the dimensions who up as like 16 x 16 (they're 256 x 512, in reality), etc... I'm guessing it's because I'm saving it wrong when I'm using Photoshop. So am I possibly saving the BMP wrong? I tried saving it as 16 bit, 24 bit and 32 bit... same error every time...

OK, here's exactly what I'm doing:

I'm opening up EA Graph, finding the file I want to edit... from here, I'm copying the c832.fsh file directly from EA Graph, and I'm pasting it into a new Photoshop file.

I edit the file, and then save it as a bitmap.

It's when I'm trying to change it from a bitmap to a FSH file that I'm getting trouble. I open fshEd, then I go to:

Object --> Add New --> Object

When the next screen pops up, I hit "new," browse to the file, click "Open" and I get the "Stream Read Error" message.
